My Work 

I am a life and career coach for mission-driven people and an environmental consultant for urban agriculture projects living in Boston, Massachusetts.  

I help people who are passionate about our world to figure out their next steps, use tools for moving beyond stress, and make difficult decisions with ease.

My Qualifications 

I have worked in the environmental sector and with mission-driven organizations for the last decade. 

Some of my work has included: Farm and Wilderness Camps, Spark Makerspace, Civic WorksBaltimore Orchard Project, and Impact Hub

I earned my BA in Environmental Studies at Goucher College where I Co-Founded the Environmental Coalition and participated with on-campus organizing through the Student Agriculture Coop and the 350.org Divestment Campaign

I received my Permaculture Design Certification at Charm City Farms in Baltimore, Maryland.

I participated in more than 250 instructional hours in coaching through the Academy for Coaching Excellence. My ICF Accredited coaching training is one of the most rigorous coach training programs in the sector. 

Why I am doing this work 

  • To fundamentally shift how we approach work and our careers. 

  • To give the gift of clarity to people up against big challenges and decisions. 

  • To support people to do mission-driven work without burning out. 

  • To contribute to creating a more beautiful and joyous world, filled with generous, compassionate, and thriving people.

What I am Working On: 

I am committed to practicing and being in integrity with everything I support my clients with. To get a sample of what I am working on check out some of my life's intentions and the goals I have designed for them below. You can read more about the progress of these goals on my blog.


To be a successful musician I will perform a setlist of 8 songs by September 2020.

To be a Creator of Beauty I will design the space for and plant at least 20 new trees by July 2020.

To be Physically Fit and Healthy I will hike the 272-mile long trail by November 2020.
